Solid tire vulcanizer is a key equipment specially used for producing solid tires. Through high temperature and high pressure vulcanization process, rubber and tire body (such as steel ring, fiber reinforcement layer) are closely combined to form a highly wear-resistant, pressure-resistant and air-free tire. Solid tires are widely used in industrial vehicles (such as forklifts, AGV trolleys), engineering machinery, port equipment and special vehicles. It is the last process of solid tire processing and the most critical process is carried out on the vulcanizer.
Solid tire vulcanization production requires the completion of green tire handling, green tire loading, vulcanization, mature tire removal, and mature tire storage.
