Each layer can synchronously carry out solid tire vulcanization operations. The single vulcanization efficiency of a single device is 2-3 times higher than that of traditional single-layer equipment. Five devices run synchronously, which can achieve large-scale and continuous production, effectively shorten the production cycle, adapt to the large-scale production capacity needs of enterprises, and break through the capacity limitations of traditional single-layer production of vulcanization machines. The frame adopts an integral welding processing structure, which is treated with aging to eliminate internal stress. It has strong rigidity and can stably withstand the clamping pressure.
