Usage:

The rubber conveyor belt forming line is a key equipment in the production process of rubber conveyor belts. It is mainly used to make semi-finished conveyor belts that meet the requirements through lamination, splicing, and forming of raw materials such as rubber tape, film, and belt core, and then enter the vulcanizer for final vulcanization and shaping. This equipment is widely used in mining, ports, metallurgy, electric power and other industries to produce high-strength, wear-resistant rubber conveyor belts.

1. The rubber conveyor belt forming line produced by our company has the following core functions:

Tape/film lamination: Laminating multiple layers of tape or film according to design requirements to form the skeleton structure of the conveyor belt.

Constant tension control: Ensure that the tension of each layer of tape is uniform during the forming process to avoid deformation or uneven stretching.

Automatic deviation correction (EPC): Prevent the tape from running off and ensure the forming accuracy.

Ultra-wide conveyor belt splicing: Automatic splicing of tape is achieved through multiple sets of hanging devices, replacing manual operation.

Improving efficiency: Fully automatic forming machine can improve efficiency by more than 3 times.


2. Technical features and advantages:

PLC automatic control: Using PLC+touch screen control to adjust parameters such as tension and speed, improve production stability, and reduce manual intervention.

Constant tension system: vector frequency conversion + intelligent tension control to ensure uniform stretching of the tape, avoid deformation of the tape, and improve product quality.

Two-stage lamination technology: pre-lamination by the pressing roller, and then secondary lamination by the traction lamination device to enhance the bonding strength and reduce bubbles and delamination.

Ultra-wide splicing technology: multiple sets of hanging devices are arranged in a staggered manner to achieve automatic splicing. Replace manual splicing and improve efficiency.
