This machine is a four column vulcanizing machine, suitable for vulcanizing and forming rubber seals, rubber miscellaneous parts, rubber sheets, and other rubber models and non model products. The equipment structure is mature and reliable, with a high degree of automation, and has been operating stably on multiple customer sites both domestically and internationally.
Recently, the same model of equipment delivered by our company to domestic customers has been successfully installed and debugged, with good operating results and high recognition from customers.
Structural characteristics
✅ Four column（pillar） structure
The host consists of an upper crossbeam, a lower machine base, a movable platform, and columns, with good rigidity and strong load-bearing capacity, ensuring stable accuracy under long-term heavy load conditions.
✅ Front push-pull mold device
The front sliding mold structure allows the mold to be smoothly removed from the outside of the host, making it convenient for operators to take and place products and clean the mold. The sliding mold moves smoothly, effectively reducing mold wear and improving mold life.
✅ Push pull plate
Equipped with push-pull pallets, the mold translation process is smoother and the positioning is more accurate, suitable for production scenarios with frequent mold changes.
✅ Ground independent hydraulic station
The hydraulic station is independently installed on the ground for easy daily inspection, maintenance, and oil replacement. The hydraulic system adopts mature and reliable pump valve configuration, with automatic pressure holding and pressure compensation functions.
Automated control system
The equipment is equipped with PLC programmable controller and HMI touch screen human-machine interface, with the following functional characteristics:
Sulfurization parameters can be set: vulcanization time, temperature, and pressure can all be set through the touch screen
Automatic mold closing/opening: One click start, automatically completing the entire process of mold closing, pressurization, vulcanization timing, and mold opening
Exhaust function: can set exhaust frequency and exhaust time to ensure product quality
Automatic pressure maintenance: Automatic pressure replenishment during vulcanization process, stable and reliable pressure
Manual mode option: convenient for debugging and emergency operation
