Our conveyor belt forming machine is designed specifically for the constant tension pre forming production of laminated fabric core conveyor belts and steel wire rope core conveyor belts. The equipment integrates a guide opening device, a pad winding device, a bonding workbench, and an automation control system, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the entire process from tape guide to multi-layer bonding.

Fully intelligent constant tension control
The entire line is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), combined with vector variable frequency drive technology, to achieve precise closed-loop control of the opening and winding tension.
The production line adopts a reciprocating continuous operation mode, and all process parameters can be preset through the human-machine interface. The equipment runs automatically in intelligent linkage mode, significantly improving production efficiency.
EPC automatic correction ensures the accuracy of fabric alignment
In response to the problem of fabric misalignment that often occurs during multi-layer bonding, the equipment has independently configured an analog sensor automatic correction device (EPC) for each layer of adhesive tape and baseband. Quick correction response ensures the flatness of the strip, effectively avoiding quality defects such as deviation and delamination in the finished product during use.
Safe and humanized design
The equipment is equipped with safety barriers and multi station multi-point emergency stop switches at key workstations such as compression, allowing workers to brake immediately at any operating point, providing a safe and reliable working environment for operators.
