In the rubber machinery industry, the difference between a curing press that lasts 10+ years and one that starts deforming and leaking after just a few years often comes down to what you can't see — the treatment process applied to the core components.
Curing presses operate continuously under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, demanding exceptional internal stress relief and structural stability in every critical component. At Nparkson, we strictly apply a high-temperature annealing treatment process to all core components — including oil cylinders, frame plates, hot plates, and upper/lower beams — eliminating the risk of deformation and cracking from the very source.

In simple terms, cast or welded metal components contain significant internal stress. If left unaddressed, these stresses cause the equipment to gradually deform or even crack over years of continuous operation.
NPARKSON's annealing process follows three rigorous steps:
Step 1: High-Temperature Heating – Components are loaded into a high-temperature annealing furnace and heated to 650°C – 750°C.
Step 2: Extended Soaking – The components are held at high temperatures for a sufficient period, allowing the internal metal structure to fully reorganize and release all residual stress.
Step 3: Natural Cooling – The components are left to cool naturally inside the furnace for over 24 hours. No forced cooling is permitted, ensuring complete stress elimination.
This process may extend production lead time and increase costs — but it delivers over a decade of stable, reliable service life. At NPARKSON, we never cut corners on the processes that matter.
With a "steel backbone" foundation in place, precision pairing is the next priority:
Plungers: Made of chilled alloy material with a surface hardness of HRC 60-70 and a hardened layer depth of 8-15mm, offering exceptional wear and scratch resistance.
Seals: High-quality polyurethane YX-type oil seals, resistant to oil, aging, and wear.
Welding Process: Critical structural components are welded using CO₂ gas-shielded welding with alloy welding wire, followed by post-weld flaw detection inspection.
Rubber machinery is not a consumable — it is a "steel man" that runs day and night alongside our customers' operations. That is precisely why we invest extra effort in the unseen details. Every extra degree of heat and every additional hour in the annealing furnace represents our long-term commitment to our customers.
